Panama City Beach Oktoberfest

Get ready to raise a stein and celebrate Oktoberfest in Panama City Beach! Taking place October 16–18 at Aaron Bessant Park, this annual event brings German food, live music, beer gardens and plenty of family-friendly fun to the beach. Whether you’re coming for the authentic Oktoberfest atmosphere, looking forward to a giant pretzel and bratwurst, or want to join in on the games and entertainment, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Here’s what to expect at this year’s Panama City Beach Oktoberfest.

German Beer

No Oktoberfest celebration would be complete without beer! The event will feature a massive 150’x50′ tent decorated like the authentic Oktoberfest tent in Munich, Germany, as well as two outdoor beer gardens and a VIP section under the tent. 

The Hofbrauhaus in Munich (or Munchen as they have it in Germany) is the 500 hundred-year-old beer hall that attracts locals and visitors from around the world every single day of the year. It’s also home to one of the biggest and oldest Oktoberfests in Germany.

Oktoberfest will be featuring Hacker-Pschorr, Samuel Adams Octoberfest and many other beers! Samuel Adams® Octoberfest has a rich, deep golden amber hue which itself is reflective of the season.

Grab a stein, settle into the festive atmosphere and enjoy a taste of Germany at the beach.

Food

Get ready for great German food! Pair your beer with brats, either famous or smoked, meterwurst, or hot dogs (with or without sauerkraut). Plus, nothing is better with your new and old favorite beer than giant pretzels with beer-infused cheese.

Expect two days of music and entertainment from mixes from DJ Will, as well as live music by Alpine Echoes, Will Thompson Band, The Czechers and more! With live entertainment throughout the event, there’s plenty of reason to grab a stein, enjoy some food and spend the day celebrating with friends and family.

Family Fun & Games

Bring the kids and they will enjoy rounds of corn hole, or they can burn off excess energy in one (or all eight) of the blow-up bounce houses and slide zone. Kids and adults alike can get their faces painted and get a photo memento of the fun they had at the photo booth.

For the grown-up kids, don’t miss out on the stein hoisting, alp-horn blowing, and best dressed competitions!
